112 Weddings is a BBC Storyville documentary by a wedding videographer who has decided to revisit many of the couples whose weddings he videoed over the past 20 years.
We get to see footage from the weddings and, as many of these weddings are from the 90s, the quality is grainy (makes you realise how far we have come with regards to film technology), we then meet the couples as they are now, however many years after their Big Day. It makes for really interesting watching. Some of the couples are together, some aren't, and some are struggling with the many obstacles life produces and talking about how it has affected their marriage. It's interesting seeing the dynamics between all of the couples and hearing their opinions on what marriage means. Funny in places and definitely moving, I would totally recommend this if you're thinking of getting married, have recently got married or have been married for 20, 30, 40 or 50 years. Anyone, really.
