It has been a very busy time for us, we filmed two weddings last weekend which was quite a feat as they are intensive days! Both beautiful and very different from each other. The first was at The Swan in West Malling, Kent which, by the way, is a stunning venue with fantastic staff. The Beautiful Emma and Lewis had an alfresco wedding which was a relaxed and stylish affair. They were very lucky as it started raining an hour before the ceremony was due to begin but, thankfully, the clouds lifted and the sun shone for them.
They opted for a bespoke package as they didn't want to go down the route of montage wedding film and we were very happy to oblige. We filmed just the ceremony in full, the speeches in full and the cake cutting and fist dance - well we always film those events, we usually then make a highlights film. Emma and Lewis will receive all of the ceremony and the speeches and a montage which includes the first dance and cake cutting.
The second wedding was the always smiling Victoria and Lewis (a different one!) at Broome Park near Canterbury in Kent. Sadly they were not so lucky with the weather and ended up having to have the ceremony and reception indoors but it definitely didn't dampen their spirits. Victoria is an incredibly talented girl; she both organised and made EVERYTHING. From the table decorations to the signs to the favours... everything looked like it had been hired by a very exclusive and costly company but it was all down to her! I told her she is in the wrong career, she would make a wonderful wedding planner/designer!
We are currently working on those two films and Meghan and Michael's. We also are working on two promos which I will blog about soon!
