Early August saw the long awaited wedding of the gorgeous Keighley and Robb. This wedding was close to our hearts because it was our first Whitstable wedding, very close to wear we live, in a church we had often strolled past on summer walks.
I arrived super early (barely a 5 minute drive!) to Tina's house (The M.O.B - Mother of the Bride) and was met with a hive of industry. Gina, from Gina's Styling Lounge, a wonderful local hairdresser, was busy styling Keighley's FABULOUS pink hair while Kelli, from Pinkies in Whitstable was working her magic with Toni-Anne's (Maid of Honour) make up.
All the family were there, as well as some friends, and I met their photographer, the lovely Lucy Mohr for the first time too. She has a relaxed style and is friendly and super easy to work with so we had a blast.
Keighley and Robb's ceremony was at All Saints Church in Whitstable, a really lovely church with a gorgeous churchyard, and the very exciting surprise for everyone was that they had hired a gospel choir, no less! They were amazing and had everyone on their feet clapping and shimmying along...
After the ceremony, we all trekked off to The Blazing Donkey wedding venue, which is in Sandwich, and was perfect for a sunny day with its pretty gardens complete with gazebo and swing chair...
It was a lovely wedding reception with a sweet cart, photobooth, lawn games and even a face painter for the children (sadly no adults dared!) and it was all wonderful fun. Thanks so much to Keighley and Robb for allowing Bill and I to film their gorgeous wedding day xx
